1Do they run big or small?
They are cut for a relaxed, boxy fit and most people take their usual size. If you want a more oversized look, size up one.
2How does the zip and hood work?
The full-length zipper runs from the hem all the way up through the deep hood. Wear it open like a regular hoodie, or pull the hood up and zip for extra coverage.
3How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and most arrive within 7 to 14 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
4Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Some countries charge import taxes or ask for a personal ID or tax code. If yours does, add it at checkout so your package is not held at customs.
5What if my hoodie arrives damaged?
Email clear photos of the hoodie and the packaging to cityclothingshop@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort out a replacement or refund.
6How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with the zipper closed. Hang to dry to keep the color and the embroidery looking their best.
7What if I am not happy with it?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.
